WOW Excellent service
I needed a new motherboard for my Dometic refrigerator in my camper. After researching online to find the proper replacement I found that ASAP was the cheapest price on my board. I ordered the board on Monday morning, received an email about an hour later confirming my order by later that afternoon I received another email stating the part had been shipped. I was already impressed but when the part arrived on Wednesday I was really impressed. Installed the board this afternoon and my fridge is back into operation. Thanks guys for being so prompt on everything, it's refreshing in today's business.

Great Service
Thank you for the extra effort and great service. Looking at your site I discovered that I had ordered the wrong power board for my Dometic refrigerator..... when I contacted you, I was issued a RMA and instructions on how to return the wrong one for credit. The correct board arrived in two days with a very simple diagram showing how to connect old wires to the new terminals. Which I did with no problem.......being a blonde and a woman. Thank you for all your help!
