Shipping Time: Although most orders ship same day if ordered by 3PM Eastern time and if all items are in stock, it is not guaranteed to ship same day. If your order must ship same day, call us first to check if same day shipping is possible.
We reserve the right to change the carrier / shipping company / method to a different one than you select (some examples: from Postal Service to FedEx, from UPS to FedEx, from DHL to FedEx, from FedEx to UPS.) but it will be a service of equal or better delivery time. No extra charge or refund will be given for the change. If you require that your shipment method/carrier remain exactly as you have chosen, please specify this in the "Special Instructions / Comments" section upon checkout. One reason why we may decide to change the method/carrier would be if we receive your order after the carrier you chose already picked up, and we are able to ship it faster by another carrier. Also, sometimes we have to dropship your order from our vendor and we may switch your shipping method from Postal service (Priority Mail, etc) to UPS or Fedex.
Handling Fees: Shipping costs shown on our website include a nominal amount to cover packaging materials and handling. Orders dropshipped from our suppliers also may occur handling fees.
We ship most stock orders (items that are in stock) the same day, depending on when the order is received and the volume of orders being processed. Items ordered to ship by FedEx and UPS, typically ship same day if ordered by 3:00 PM Eastern Time. Stock orders of items that are in stock to be shipped by U.S. Postal Service (Priority/Express Mail, etc.), typically ship same day if ordered by 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
If you need to be sure that the order is shipped same day, it is advised that you call us at 717-274-9396 before placing the order to check if same day shipping is possible.
Please understand that it is of utmost importance that you supplied an accurate email address and phone number so that you can be reached if there are issues/questions about your order. Be sure to check your email and voice messages regularly.
International Customers: We ship worldwide by UPS, Fedex, DHL, U.S. Postal Service.
All returns MUST be pre-authorized by Advanced Service And Parts, LLC, with an RMA number to receive any credit / refunds. No returns on Electrical Parts or after 15 days.
