Great Service

Thank you for the extra effort and great service. Looking at your site I discovered that I had ordered the wrong power board for my Dometic refrigerator..... when I contacted you, I was issued a RMA and instructions on how to return the wrong one for credit. The correct board arrived in two days with a very simple diagram showing how to connect old wires to the new terminals. Which I did with no problem.......being a blonde and a woman. Thank you for all your help!
