Our model ESC3500-A Governor Speed Control features a low cost universal design for both 12V and 24V applications up to 10 amps continous and 15 amps intermittent.

Our new model ESC3500 universal 15 amp electronic governor controller replaces many part numbers for Barber Colman, Woodward, Cummins, Onan, and many others!  This "one size fits most" design works on 12V OR 24V battery systems and with multiple frequency ranges from all types of flywheel sizes and teeth counts!  (requires magnetic pickup sensor for speed input)  This is an improved replacement for our previous models ESC2301, ESC2500, and model ESC2301-A.

IMPROVED FEATURES:

• Extra POT to adjust "DIF" for added stability
• Dip Switch to select optomized setting for Cummins PT actuator
• Slow response setting for "hard to stabilize" governors

Features idle control, smoke limiting, ramp time, multiple MPU frequency input ranges, and much more!

Compatible with most analog type governor controllers from Cummins, Barber Colman, Woodward and GAC. Actuators can be hydraulic type, built in type, and external mounted types, and the actuator resistance range is 1.6 ohm to 48 ohms on 24 volt operation, and 0.8 ohm to 24 ohms on 12 volt operation.
