This electronic FGD-0064 thermostat is programmable and can be remotely switched in & out of "set-back" or vacation / away mode. This is done with the addition of a small 12VDC wall adapter (# XFR-0024) or other 12VDC power supply. (Purchase seperately)

The Sensaphone Cottage Sitter or FreezeAlarm Deluxe models simply turn the 12VDC signal on or off to this thermostat when the mode needs to be changed by phone activation.
