This Hotstart silicone O-Ring part # TPS-BOR fits the base of the TPS series heaters.

Warning - these are the genuine OEM part, but they are tricky to get to fit the groove around the base of the heater. They seem slightly too big, so you will need to be careful not to "pinch" it when you turn the base against the upper housing.
