This is the open style and includes all internal parts EXCEPT an enclosure.
Includes: 

• - 200Amp Contactor
• - Group G Controller, part # K894000-002
• - Wiring harness with plug for control panel 
• - Instructions / Drawings

Mounts in existing enclosure.  You may have to cut an opening in the door for the digital display to be exposed, if your original ats (automatic transfer switch) did not have the Group G control panel.
