The Netbiter EC150 communication gateway connects to field equipment via several connection methods: Serial RS-232/485, ASCII, or Modbus RTU.

The gateway sends data to the cloud-based Netbiter Argos data center via an Ethernet network.

FAST AND EASY DEPLOYMENT

Wherever your field equipment is located, just connect it to the gateway and you will be able to access equipment data online in a regular web browser. The plug-and-play functionality makes it possible to perform large-scale installations within minutes.

How it works

All Netbiter EasyConnect gateways automatically connect your devices to the cloud-based Netbiter Argos data center. Once you have connected the EC150 gateway to your installation, it will automatically start to send setup and initialization data via an Ethernet network to Netbiter Argos.

This means that you only need to physically connect the gateway, the setup and configuration can be made remotely from any location.

Netbiter EC150 offers unique technology for secure access to your industrial equipment located behind firewalls.

The gateway communicates via Ethernet and eliminates the need for public, fixed IP addresses and complex VPN tunnels.
