We can arrange shipping from you to the repair shop, and then bill shipping both ways at a discounted rate. Or give you the correct shipping address to the repair facility where you can send it. Typical turn-around time after the inverter is received is 2-3 weeks + transit time back to you. Expedited service may be available for additional cost.  If, for some reason, your inverter is not repairable (Most should be repairable), you will be refunded for the order, less return shipping/handling."

ATTENTION:  Be sure that the inverter is securely packaged and padded when shipping to the repair facility, to avoid damage in transit.
