The FAN50PLUSPINS furnace igniter/ fan control board is designed to replace both the industry standard 6 pin "edge connector" and the new 6 pin "header style" connector. This allows backward compatability while fitting newer designs and allowing the capability to convert older furnaces to have the newer fan control features!

Replaces Suburban # 232613 & 232614 board and the Atwood / HydroFlame # 37875 or 33488 board as well as the Dinosaur Fan Control boards which have been available since the middle of 1994.

The basic purpose of a Fan Control Ignitor board is to shut the fan motor off if the board fails to sense a flame after the third ignition try. Thus, battery drain is reduced and the needless blowing of cold air is eliminated.

The FAN 50 PLUS PINS, after shutting the fan motor off, will wait for 1 hour and repeat the whole sequence again before permanent shut down.

The "Fan Control" feature MUST BE USED for proper operation of this board.

DuoTherm® 900/9000 series furnace modification

For 12 Volt DuoTherm® furnaces that have the thermostat in the ground circuit.

These schematics show how to wire the thermostat from the ground side of the circuit to the
positive side of the circuit and then how to wire a Dinosaur Fan Control or FAN 50 Plus board.
These schematics are provided as a courtesy and are to be used at your own discretion.
