Notice for local customers: As long as required, we are closed to local pick-ups. We are able to make arrangements to get your parts to you by shipping or other methods. Please contact us for options.
Due to the present COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, our first priority is to keep our employees and customers safe. At this point, the majority of our staff are working at home - with minimal staff at our facilities.
We are still shipping orders of in-stock items. However, there may be delays in deliveries that are beyond our control. No refunds for delayed shipments. Also, if you are a business that is closed due to government mandate, the shipping companies will likely not deliver and if your shipment is returned to us because it cannot deliver, you will be responsible to pay all related shipping/handling charges... If your order needs to be drop-shipped, we will try to advise you of any delays that may be encountered. If anything changes, we will post updates as soon as possible.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who are being affected by the virus.

1)  *Same Day Shipping

Most products on this web site are truly in our stock; therefore, we can get your order out the door quickly. (Next day air available if needed in most cases).  NOTICE: Some products on our online store have to dropship from our suppliers or factories across the USA.  If we have to dropship your order, we do not have complete control of the ship date.  If your order must ship same day, call 1-800-630-1230 to verify for sure. 

*For same day shipping, you must order before 3:00 PM Eastern time, and choose UPS (United Parcel Service). Postal Service (Mail) shipments may not leave until following business day.  

2)  Communication

For order placed on our website, we provide order status updates by email;  Alternatively, you can return to our site, and log in to check status.
We also email tracking numbers for packages shipped from our warehouse. (Notice: if your order has to be sourced from one of our suppliers, you may not receive a tracking number.)

We ship worldwide! International customers: we ship worldwide by Priority / Express Mail Intl (EMS/EMI), DHL, UPS, or Fedex.
