Important News: We're busy.. in fact, we're really busy :) This spring / summer of 2010, we've been forced to make the tough decision to limit tech support by phone and special-order items. Special-order items are parts we do not stock as opposed to the fast-moving items that are displayed on our online store. (This notice does not really apply to orders you place on our website.. they will still ship quickly as usual) Please understand we do want to help you, but we need to be realistic about our work load. We only have one tech support person, and few parts lookup staff. We thank God for the growth in spite of the recent recession. Notice: In regards to RV parts, we mainly just supply parts for generators, appliances, furnaces, as well as converters. We do not carry other RV parts such as windows, doors, seats, chassis parts, toilets, etc. We are not a salvage/hard-to-find RV parts yard.
