We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice especially if you have an expedited order and we receive your order after the pick-up deadline for the carrier you choose. Also, sometimse we have to dropship your order from our vendor and we may switch your shipping method from Postal service (Priority Mail, etc) to UPS or Fedex and you will not receive a freight credit for the difference. Notice, however, that many times UPS or Fedex might be more expensive than Priority Mail especially for light packages.
Handling Fees: Shipping costs shown on our website include a nominal amount to cover packaging materials and handling. Orders dropshipped from our suppliers also may occur handling fees.
We ship most stock orders the same day, depending on when the order is received and the volume of orders being processed. Items ordered to ship by UPS, typically ship same day if ordered by 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
Orders to be shipped by U.S. Postal Service (Priority/Express Mail, etc.), ship same day if ordered by 10:00 AM Eastern Time. In the rare case that your order cannot ship within 2-3 business days from the time of the order, we will try to contact you by email or phone.
If you need to be sure that the order is shipped same day, it is advised that you call us at 1-800-630-1230 before placing the order to check if same day shipping is possible.

International Customers: We can ship worldwide by Fedex, DHL, U.S. Postal Service, and UPS.
All returns MUST be pre-authorized by Advanced Service And Parts, LLC, with an RMA number to receive any credit / refunds. No returns on Electrical Parts or after 15 days.
